"Mangetsu," a hidden inn with 9 rooms surrounded by the mountains and the sea, with a view of the Echizen Coast in front of it.
Once you step inside, you will find a beautiful garden where you can feel the breath of the four seasons and a space where you can relax barefoot, and you can feel the tradition and comfort of Japan.

We serve delicious kaiseki cuisine, prepared with local ingredients to the fullest of "Echizen Mangetsu."
Our Japanese kaiseki cuisine chefs add a touch of color to your meal using their skilled, traditional techniques.
Please enjoy our chefs' special seasonal dishes and gorgeous kaiseki cuisine that embodies the traditions and techniques of Japanese cuisine.
It grows with the rich nutrition of the cold Sea of Japan, and its flesh has a sweet and plump texture.
Various cooking methods such as crab shabu, crab suki, grilled crab and crab sashimi bring out the charm of Echizen Gani Crab.

There are only 9 rooms of 3 types. We will provide hospitality with the heart for only "one guest."

Good location as a base for sightseeing
It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes by car from Echizen Mangetsu to Shirakawa-go. It takes about 3 hours to get to Takayama.
From Fukui Station to Kyoto, you can access it smoothly by using the conventional line or the Shinkansen.

In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be charged according to the terms and conditions of our ryokan (inn).
3 to 7 days before the date of stay: 10% of the accommodation fee
2 days before the date of stay: 20% of the accommodation fee
1 day before the date of stay: 50% of the accommodation fee
The date of stay: 100% of the accommodation fee
